There are potluck dinners, cook-outs, coffee and donut Mondays, ice cream socials, wine tastings or pairings, and planned day trip acitivities. You are welcome to join in planning our monthly activities and fun times and remember you are only 20 minutes from NC and SC beaches and fun.
Rates
We have two options from which you can choose.
1. We have a special rate that is $1200.00 for four months, plus monthly metered electric.
2. Pay month to month at the winter rate of $350.00 per month, plus monthly metered electric.
The above prices are for two people. Rates for additional persons (12 and older) are $40.00 additional per month. Cable TV ($24.99 monthly).
