All of the campers are  2006 models and are 32 feet long. Everything but towels is included in the camper while you stay. All cookware and linens are freshly put in. We pride ourselves on how well we keep them clean and how our customers keep coming back.   ALL PETS ARE WELCOME WITH A $50 NON REFUNDABLE FEE   Rates: all campers rent for:  $110.00 per night or $720.00 per week plus tax. This rate is for the rental unit and the site. A (3) day minimum is required to rent during summer months of June, July, and Until August 16th.

4 Sleeper Camper   This is our camper used mostly for couples. It has a 12 foot slide out.This trailer offers much living space for your enjoyment. It has hardwood floors in it and a couch that lets out into a bed. There is also a private queen size bedroom. The kitchen has a full size refrig. and all cookware, and dishes for your use. The couch and dinding room set is atually on a 12 foot slideout.

8 Sleeper Camper   This is a 2006 Salem LE Camper. This camper sleeps eight people. It has a queen size bed, a couch bed, a table bed, and two bunk beds. The kitchen and living room are hardwood floored. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This trailer offers a full size house refrig for your convience.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.The only thing you need to bring with you  are your towels. I supply linens and pillows for queen bedroom and bunks only. All our trailers have a 19" color remote TV for your use. 2 bunkbeds these are the 2 bunkbeds in the camper

10 Sleeper Camper   This is a 2006 Crossroads Bel Air Camper. This is our largest camper that we rent out to customers for sleeping arrangements. It has a private Queen size bedroom with closets and cabinets on each side of the bed. The table in the dining room lets down into a bed as does the couch. And there are 4 bunk beds in the back of the camper. The bathroom is equipped with a showertub combo and sink along with a lavatory. The only thing you need to bring with you is your towels and personal belongings. All linens and cookware are supplied in the camper. The camper is 32 feet long and is the largest one we offer to our customers as far as sleeping arrangements.

OUR RULES AND POLICY: When you receive your trailer it will be clean and ready for camping. All trailers come equipped with all the necessary items needed for your vacation. We ask that you leave the trailer the way you find it. We do not charge a cleaning fee and that is because we feel that our customers understand that the way you get it is the way it should be returned. All trailers have stove, full size refrig, microwave and cooking utensils such as cookware, dishes, flatware, coffee maker, kitchen towels. We also supply dish liquid, mop, broom, dust pan, trash can and pin sol cleaner of some type. All trailers have linen provided for beds. We supply sheets, comforter and pillows for the queen bedroom. For our trailers with bunk beds we supply sheets and a throw blanket and pillow. WE DO NOT SUPPLY LINENS FOR THE SOFA BED OR THE TABLE BED. IF YOU NEED TO USE THESE AS A MEANS OF SLEEPING YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND PILLOWS FOR THESE. If for some reason something gets broken such as a dish or a glass please just let us know when we pick up the trailer so we can replace it for next guest. We want your vacation to be as memorable as possible so we have provided for your use a 19” color remote TV and we also supply the cable cord for the outside box to the trailer. We try to provide all the important things that you will need so you don’t have to worry about remembering everything. When you check out of your camper all I ask is for you to strip the bed sheets and put them in the bath tub/shower. DO NOT PUT COMFORTER IN SHOWER PLEASE LEAVE IT ON THE BED. I will put clean sheets on for next guest arrival. Please remember to remove all food from refrig. And empty all trash cans.
