 The freedom of being on the open road on an RV sounds romantic and adventuresome but that thought can be quickly stifled by thought of trying to turn around a 40 ft rig somewhere off a country side road.  So, here are a few tips for making sure you arrive safe and sound at your next destination.  First, always inspect your rig before embarking on a journey. Make sure all hoses and cords are put up, that slides and stairs are in, that the antenna is down and that there are no branches danger of being taken out upon your exit.  When leaving or pulling into a site, ask for help as an RV has "blind spots" just like a car.  Secondly, Travel smart.  Remember the weight...
