Rving and fine dining should go hand in hand!  Many campers today are looking for healthy dishes that don't take a lot of prep area and will not leave you with leftovers.  Since  eemost rvs have limited storage in cabinets, countertops and in the refrigerator, cooking can sometimes be a mess of stacking stuff everywhere, washing to make more room or to reuse a needed dish and being frustrated by not having the right kitchen tools on hand.  Combine a small prep area, with limited accessories, no dishwasher, and limited space for food and you need to be creative to have a healthy delicious dinner with minimal work and frustration.  ...

Looking for an ecofriendly wash for your RV??  Look at the alternative to soap and suds, a portable pressure washer!   The pressure washer allows water pressure adjustment so that you can wash everthing from your RV to your cooler and even your dog.  Using a pressure washer ensures that no harmful detergents are getting into the ground and will water area plants instead of kill them!   The pressure can wipe away miles of road dirt, oil, bugs etc and is small enough to take with you on camping trips and using it will ensure your cleaning job is done quickly, effectively and safely without the use of harsh chemicals.

We are so looking forward to tomorrow night.  The campers are all pitching in for an Italian dinner and the menu is out of this world!  Manacotti, Italian Wedding Soup, Lasanga, Meatballs and Sauce, Antipasta, Baked Ziti, Italian Bread, and more...  To top it off, we have a wonderful selection of Grapefull Sisters wine to pair with our meal.  With it being a little cold and windy outside, the warm dinner and good times with friends is sure to take off the chill.
