ANNUAL RV SITES
We offer seasonal rental agreements only as vacation spots. It is quiet, peaceful and safe. Easy living for your bachelor pad, hunting cabin, or get-away near the beach.
AMENITIES
Large (on average 45x75 ft.) Sites, Full Service Pull through and Seasonal Sites ~20/30/50 Amp service ~D TV, Wireless Internet at Gift Shop~ Wine Tastings, Local Art Gallery/Gift Shop, Laundry Room, Bath House, all sites have Picnic Table, most sites have a BBQ Grill, Playground, Fishing Pond-Horseshoes on-site staff, hammocks, bird watching, on site RV Tech. park host, fire rings (at some sites), EMT on staff, Local's rates at two great close by golf courses. One mile thru vine walking trail, latter ball, small dog run, special events, hand dipped ice cream.
We are pet, golf cart, boat, and bike friendly.
You maintain your own RV and come and go as you please.
Our RV park is brand new and we have many large lots to choose from. We are a small quaint campground with 22 RV sites. As new RV sites come available they will be on a first come first served basis, giving seniority to the campers here for the longest time.
All of our campers come and stay on their own schedules. All campers will be expected to follow all rules of the park.
RATES:
For guest starting in the fall or winter here are our rates $3,600.00 + $125.00 power meter deposit (Power meter deposit is one time only and is refundable when leaving). Each site has an individual meter eclectic is billed monthly. Sewer, water, trash and Wi-fi are included in $3600.00 (that is $300.00 a month). One year rental is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. This maybe paid quarterly is started in any season except the summer.
5% discount if payment made up front for the year. Quarterly and half payments will be accepted as well.
