We offer one year rentals agreements only as vacation spots, no full time residents. It is quiet, peaceful and safe. Easy living for your bachelor pad, hunting cabin, or get-away near the beach.

You maintain your own RV and come and go as you please.
Our RV park is brand new and we have many large lots to choose from. We are a small campground with only 30 RV sites. We are going to grow to 100 over the next few years. As new RV sites come available they will be on a first come first served basis, giving seniority to the campers here for the longest time.
All of our campers come and stay on their own schedules. All campers will be expected to follow all rules of the park.
RATES:
$3000.00 + $125.00 power meter deposit (Power meter deposit is one time only and is refundable when leaving). Each site has an individual meter eclectic is billed monthly. Digital TV, sewer, water, trash included in $3000.00 (that is $250.00 a month)
One year lease is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
5% discount if payment made up front for the year. Quarterly and half payments will be accepted as well. Monthly payments will be charged a 5% surcharge for billing.
